The aim of the Chair in Internationalisation of Business, Diversity and Professional Development of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas is to be a benchmark institution in research into the consequences of globalisation and of the internationalisation of business for the management of human capital within companies.
It was established in 2009 as meeting point between universities, business and other interested institutions with the objective of spearheading research projects, organising forums, and seminars and producing publications. These activities are aimed at facilitating within companies the development of strategies for internationalisation and the implementation of policies for the management of human capital which will foster innovation and efficiency.
